Aaron Cattley
Aaron is an operations and engineering leader with 20 years of experience spanning completions, production, facilities, and midstream across multiple basins. Before co-founding Eagle Engineering, he was a key player in building the operations at Novo Oil & Gas, where he managed the full lifecycle of a large-scale development program.
Aaron approaches every engagement with a focus on cost efficiency and long-term value — not mere execution. He looks beyond the immediate job to understand what a company is trying to build, then designs operational programs that move the needle on those larger goals.
Alex Bourland
Alex is a licensed Professional Engineer with deep expertise in drilling, well design optimization, and field development planning — particularly across the Anadarko and Delaware Basins. He leads technical operations for Eagle Engineering, helping clients drill faster, safer, and more cost-effectively.
His background spans both private equity-backed startups and established independents, combining field-tested technical experience with data-informed development strategy. Alex's goal is straightforward: help clients maximize asset value while keeping operational risk in check.
